In FACT partnered with Queen Nur LLC to document the Soul Line Dance Community in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware Tri- State Area as part of the Widening the Path Project for the Library of Congress.  

Over 900 files make up the collection. The Collection will be celebrated at the Library of Congress on Februrary 27, 2025, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. with a Soul Line Dance Party in Jefferson Hall.

The Dance party will feature DJs Chris Blues and AJ Rivers, Emcee Kenny J and Queen Nur, and Guest Instructors Gloria Kingcade and Theresa Brown.

Event is FREE but REGISTRATION is REQUIRED. Registration opens at 12:00 a.m on  January 28, 2025. Learn more here!
